Just to anticipate the answer: Tao Kung Fu, as we do in Tantra, is not a martial art! Tao is basically a tradition before traditional Chinese medicine emerged. The knowledge that it is well over 3000 years old. The word Kung Fu means “to practice” in the old tradition. TAO can be translated as “the way”. Therefore we use this old knowledge in our Tantra workshops and seminars. Of course this is only a very small part of the knowledge of the Tao masters, but for us as trantric teachers we can teach ways to practice and maintain sexual health. Tao masters do not see the practice as “sexual”, but as an exercise to keep the body AND mind healthy.

What we teach are simple exercises that you can practice alone, with your partner or in groups. These exercises will teach you to have an orgasm without ejaculating. The reason for this is that we consider sperm to be the most valuable “product” that we can produce in our body. Taos are of course more strict in this opinion than we as tantric teachers. Our goal is to maintain a long-lasting and healthy erection into old age. To achieve this, daily exercises are recommended. We will not only show you how orgasm is related to ejeculation. We show ways to stay under the point of ejeculation, also known as the “Point of No Return”. There are several techniques to help you stay in your sexual energy, these techniques are breathing, massage, pressure and relaxation and your body positions. In our workshops we also offer rituals for a group exercise. If you are interested in learning Tao Kung Fu, simply join one of our workshops.
I also recommend further reading of Mantak Chai. He translates the old knowledge into a “modern” way, with many exercises.
